Sarah Bros is a Professor of Law and a graduate of the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (School of Higher Commercial Studies). She lectures on contract, corporate and finance law at the Université d’Evry Val d’Essonne where she heads the Master’s Degree in Corporate Contracts and Loan Agreements.

Sarah Bros is the author of numerous articles regarding contract and security law.

Sarah Bros has been practising as a consultant for THALLER Avocats since its creation.

Thanks to her cross-disciplinary education and her perfect command of French, English and Spanish, Sarah Bros’ main areas of practice are complex contractual and financing transactions as well as arbitrations.
